Definitions

  • Seller: Talaria Ireland.
  • Vehicle: An Off-Road Vehicle.
  • Customer: A consumer who bought a Vehicle from the Seller.
  • Handover Date: The date on which the Seller delivered the purchased vehicle to the Customer or their designated representative or delivery point..

Returns Policy

Anything Vehicle purchased from https://www.talaria-ireland.com is subject to a 14-day returns policy should you change your mind of the purchase provided that all the terms and conditions within this document are adhered to. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To request the return please follow the following guidelines:

  1. The customer to contact the seller within 14 days of the Handover Date on support@talaria-ireland.com with your order details, confirming the vehicle is still unused and boxed in the original packaging, in a resaleable condition. Include photos of the product when contact the seller.
  2. Await return authorisation from Seller.
  3. The customer to contact a suitable courier at the customers cost to arrange return of the vehicle to the seller, within 30 days upon receiving authorisation from the seller

Terms and conditions

Return is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The customer delivers the vehicle to the seller unused and boxed in the original packaging, in a resaleable condition.
  2. The seller will make an inspection/repair/admin fee of 20% of the value of the purchase plus a reasonable additional deduction from the reimbursement to cover any loss in value of vehicle supplied should they meet the following criteria:
  • a) Parts missing. Any ancillaries (e.g. Chargers, original packaging, etc.) or parts missing when the vehicle is returned will be replaced at the full RRP price of the part and the price being deducted from the customers reimbursement (according to http://www.talariaebikeparts.com).
  • b) Damage. Any damage to the vehicle or the original packaging whilst it’s not in the Seller’s possession will be repaired by the seller at the cost of the customer. The cost will be calculated based on the RRP price of the part(s) according to http://www.talariaebikeparts.com.
  1. The seller will withhold the reimbursement until we have received ALL the vehicle and all paperwork back in a resaleable condition.
  2. The seller will make the reimbursement (subject to the aforementioned deductions) to the customer without undue delay, and not later than 14 working days after the above procedures are completed. Please note, the customers return must include all documents originally supplied including, but not limited to, service histories and user manuals.
  3. This reimbursement will include all the cost of delivering the vehicle to the customer.
  4. The seller will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction.
  5. The customer will remain liable for the vehicles tax (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and any fines, charges or penalties up until the day the vehicle is received by the seller.
  6. The customer agrees to pay for the costs of returning the goods via a courier. Liability for safe return of the vehicle remains with the customer until the vehicle has arrived with the seller. Indicative cost of return is estimated to be approximately between €400 - €600 per vehicle.
